Frequently Asked Questions about Using Tecnu Rash Relief Spray
Yes. However, please use caution. Spray onto your fingers first, then apply to your face (be sure to avoid eyes & mouth). Thoroughly rinse your hands after.
Tecnu Rash Relief Spray has never been color/damage-tested on hair, so we can't say with certainty that it won't damage the hair. The bigger cause for concern is that it may run down into the eyes. We recommend testing an inconspicuous piece of hair first. Use care to avoid getting product in or around your eyes.
It is always a good idea to wash the affected area, whenever practical, before using Tecnu Rash Relief Spray to keep the area clean. It is also best to leave the affected area uncovered so that it can breathe; if you must apply a bandage, be sure that it is loose.

I got into some poison oak while picking muscadines. I'm usually not extremely allergic but this time it really got me good. I got it on both arms, my chest, my neck, and stomach. I think it spread because I was sweating so bad. My Aunt gave me the Tecnu Rash Relief Spray and thank goodness because the Cortisone Cream I had wasn't even touching it.

I bought Tecnu Rash Relief last summer. Although we live in a fairly well-populated area near Annapolis, I seem to get bit often by either horse flies or something else that leaves a swelling about the size of my thumb. The pain is like a sharp needle. Anyways, I have found that Tecnu Rash Relief does wonders at taking away the pain. I'm not sure what your other products are, but I am grateful for this spray.

I wish I found your awesome product 18 days sooner! My arm got so bitten up on July 4 that all I did was scratch it until it was red, bloody, and swollen. I tried some other OTC products without any luck. The pharmacist at our local supermarket recommended Tecnu Medicated Anti-itch Spray, and I immediately sprayed it on my arm in the store. Reflief was immediate! It doesn't leave any nasty odor and I am so grateful that I purchased your product. My arm is slowly getting back to normal (bumps and redness are disappearing) and the itchiness has stopped completely. Thank you so very much!
